Once your order has been placed, it will be added to your list of orders under "My Orders" in your nextART.com account. Updates on the status of your order will also be sent by email. If you placed an order under a guest account, you will receive the details of your order by email.

Changes cannot be made to an order once it has been submitted.

nextART accepts major credit cards issued in Canada, currently limited to Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, as well as payments made via PayPal. We do not accept any other payment methods online at this time.

We will process all approved refunds within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of the returned item. Stretched Printed Canvases: The canvas is hand stretched over 1.25" wooden stretcher bars, and hand stapled.
The printed canvas is mounted to a solid, supportive face that prevents sagging or warping over time.

Your Canvas will need only an occasional light dusting. If there is a need for a spot cleaning use a soft cloth with only water. Never use any chemicals to clean your canvas as it can react with the ink and ruin the canvas.
